“Are you sure you want to quit?” is not a question that you need to keep asking.
The deal was that I could turn them inside out, but I couldn’t let them die. I felt kind of like Spider-Man. I felt kind of bad.

So unless someone is specializing in visual representations of disappointment I really can’t relate.
I’ve decided that we can’t talk about anything anymore. We watch all of our television asynchronously.
It’s a feeling that seems to rear its head most frequently in a setting where my presence is non-obligatory. After the fact I feel decidedly worse.
